E + M Company was founded in 2019 as an online women’s boutique based in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The company quickly grew into a style destination for women everywhere, evolved beyond its digital beginnings. In 2023, E + M Company expanded its presence by opening its first brick-and-mortar storefront in downtown Lakeville, Minnesota, creating a welcoming space for customers to shop, connect, and experience the brand in person.

Our mission is to provide women with fashionable, on-trend boutique apparel and accessories thoughtfully curated to complement everyday life. We believe personal style should be both contemporary and practical—refined, versatile, and effortlessly wearable.
