Shipping

E + M Company ships merchandise to locations within the United States for Free with purchase of $35+. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase unless your items states it's a pre order. Orders are shipped via USPS priority or first class depending on weight and usually arrive between 2-5 business days. Any order shipped expedited will ship the same business day if placed before 2pm cst Monday thru Friday. If placed on the weekend it will ship priority mail on Monday. 

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.

 

Returns

Return items MUST be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be issued, only store credit. In store credit will be issued via a code sent to your email within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will then enter this code at checkout of your next purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. All SALE merchandise is final sale, jewelry, hats, handbags, bodysuits, and bralettes are Final Sale and cannot be returned. ALL ITEMS IN THE CLEARANCE COLLECTION ARE FINAL SALE. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.

RETURNS:
-Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with clothing tags attached. 
-Merchandise return must be made in 7 business days from the delivery of your product for store credit. 
-Merchandise returned does not include shipping charges. Shipping is non returnable. 
-Please include a copy of the original receipt. 
-Jewelry, Shoes, Purses, Clutches, Crossbody Bags, Totes, Handbags, Hats, Body Suites, Chapstick, Lip Tint, Lip Scrub and Bralettes are final sale. 
-All Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Login into your account by clicking on the customer icon to manage your account or register. You can request a return. By requesting a return $8 will be deducted for shipping & handling from your gift card you receive for your returned items.

Damaged/Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:

  • Use your phone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to sales@shopemcompany.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
  • Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.
  • Include the order # and product name of the item.

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. We do not price match or price adjust on current or previous placed orders.

Gift Cards

Can be purchased in the Accessories Page. Gift Card range is from $10-100. Gift Cards are a form of payment and can be used towards anything site wide. Easiest way to redeem gift card is to scan QR Code found on your gift card. To use QR Code: Click on box at check out that says Gift Card or Discount Code. Use Camera on phone to capture QR Code once code has been captured select redeem in upper right corner. Gift Card will show in your payments as applied. To Use Code: If you have issues using the gift card a common mistake is not inputting the whole gift card code, gift card codes on iPhone only show a portion of the code holding the iPhone horizontally rather than vertically will show the entire code. Code is typically 32 numbers/letters in length if you do not see the whole code use your scroll over to capture the whole gift card code.
